Default Good Deal? (Tein Strut Bar Front)

http://www.raceonusa.com/index.php?m...oducts_id=8813

Wondering if Tein makes good strut bars? I've never seen people use their strut bars in Civics, but i know Tein makes good products. Also, will it fit in well? Because I only know for sure that the Neuspeed ones fit in the best..

EDIT: oh yea forgot to say its for an 04 civic coupe SI (EX in the US)

If you're going to be paying that much for a bar it better have welded ends. In which Tiens don't. The less places for it to flex the better. I personally couldn't find to much on 04 Civics on my google search, but I'm sure they're are some.

Nice to see another fellow British Columbian.

eBay ones are just as good as any other "hinged" bracket type strut bar. If you get that kind, get eBay.

However, as xsteinbachx said, it's better to have one with welded brackets.

A 3 point strut tower bar is the best, but here's an example of welded ends. Try to get a 3 point strut tower bar over a 2, but if you don't feel like dropping the coin the 2 point will work good enough.

less moving parts in the bar the better for handling, but for many of us $100+ is just too much when we got turbo builds going on and other stuff, plus I really dont think strut bars are really worth all that money, I mean you could be half way saved up for new struts by the time you get all four bars....
