Default having a bit of trouble

Hi guys, I had a leaky brake caliper. I just replaced my brakes and brake lines with new calipers and steel brake lines. Now i have no pressure on my brake pedal at all. I have bled the brakes and still cant get any pressure. I assume it is the master cylinder but i have never experienced one failing before.

am I barking up the right tree?

well did you bleed the whole system, while constantly refilling the brake resovor?

youd might be suprised that if the brake resovor gets dry ONCE you have to completly rebleed every wheel! and be sure all the bleeders are tight and not leaking. but also after doing anything to the brakes always pump the brake pedal afew times to build up pressure before ever puting it in gear!

yip, I went through 3 32 ounce bottles thinking that I got some air in there. I am positive that it has to be something else. plus, there is NO pressure to the pedal. even if it was a bit of air I would feel something in the pedal.

well if ur positive there is no air then it could be the master cylinder....also u could have a leak somewhere...but other than that the master cylinder is about the only thing that could go bad...
