Heavy steering wheel vibration

RE: Heavy steering wheel vibration
Taking it to a shop next weekend to get the tie rods and half shafts looked at. Hopefully its not to much I don't want to blow my entire check on this, but you gotta do what you gotta do :P Also I doubt its something as simple as a couple off weights on the rims, I don't think that would cause this much vibration and sudden steering direction change. However it could be, and if thats the case yay to me for a cheap fix :P

RE: Heavy steering wheel vibration
I work at discount tire co. and yes over time the balance will get off or weights fall off, we charge i think $10 per tire for a rotation and re balance, air check and lugs will be tightened to factory specs, also like drbyers said it could be the tires themselves iv seen sire that are just not round and are slightly oval while they become more round when placed on the wheel, they will have a little wobble to them. rims could be slightly bent too all that will be looked at when they are rebalanced.
