Honda Hybrid wheel and tire replacement?
Hi everyone!
I just bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid, and I'm looking to swap out the wheels and tires for something a little more sporty, however with the Hybrid's unique braking / power system, I don't want to do any short-term or long-term damage to the car. Does anyone have any expertise on this? Can you put different wheels on a Civic Hybrid? Is there a particular kind that are better suited for the Hybrid?
Thanks!!!

Honda hybrid oem tires are specially selected for top fuel efficiency. If you change these tires your mpg will suffer.
I bought the most fuel efficient tires for my 99 HX - Bridgestone B381's. Put 2 tires on and my mpg increased by .8 mpg.
