How much could I lower without tires rubbing?

I'm running 17's, 40mm offset with 205/40/17 tires. I would like to lower it without any rubbing.

best way to do it is get adjustable coilovers and you will be able to adjust and fine tune.

Just a front. Rear camber can be adjusted with the washer trick.
