Integra trailing arm?

Integra trailing arm?
Hey guys, I was thinking about changing my strut options and was looking at changing to an integra trailing arm. Is it possible to just swap the arm and nothing else? (Im not trying to do a 5 lug or disk brake conversion) I have an 00 civic, and was wondering what year arms I should look for.
In short what is the bare minimum you can get by with when switching trailing arms?
