DJ you won't get more than a 1.5" drop at most, I believe they are rated at 1.3" for our gen. But yeah TEIN are nice, only ever heard good things about those springs.

no, just get a simple alignment afterwards.

as you may no..i also have them, great springs, had them for about 8-9 months now with stock shocks and no problems and the ride is great, it feels stock except when you go for a turn you will definity feel the differece, go for it man..im not sure if you seen these but i post them all the time, here 4 links to people who has installed them on here

just enough to get rid of the gap.

im puting a lip kit on aswhell. dont need to be at the floor or anything

You need to drive more careful with a lip kit on when the car is droped.
I have about 5 inches of clearance at the front lip and it hits the ground sometimes. Oh, also when you park you car be careful not to park too close that you hit the curb. I didn't change my shocks, just the springs and it rides just fine with no bouncyness.

im puting a lip kit on aswhell. dont need to be at the floor or anything
like stated above, if you are adding a lip kit, you will need to go down some driveways at angles, etc. Mugen-style lip kits hang lower than the type-r, so keep that in mind as well. I have the mugen style front lip. i've already lost one on the freeway, and the second one cracked a couple weeks back. hopefully you have better luck than i did. HAHA
