Default Koni yellow/ground control

So I got some extra cash and Im looking to lower/uprgrade the suspension on my 97 civic ex coupe. And it looks like the koni yellow shocks and ground control springs are the best setup for me. I just have a few questions on what spring rates u guys would reccomend for my car? I wont be racing autox or anything just around town and backroads stuff this car is a daily driver. Also where is a good place online to get a good deal on the springs/shocks?

Also will be converting my front end to the 99-00 civic style with oem parts

Thanks

Rates around 350 lbs/in front and 300 lbs/in rear would be a very good and fun street setup. Search around on Honda-Tech, there are a few vendors there that occasionally have some good sales on the combo.

Thank you I was thinking of going with those springs rates or maybe a little higher like 400lbs/in front and 350 in the back. Im worried that if I lower car 3-4 inches Im gonna be bottoming out allot and don't wanna do that.

If you're going to be slamming the car, you'll want the Ground-Control extended top hats for the front suspension atleast. Otherwise, with those rates and depending on how low you are, you could be riding the bump stops..
