Default lower control arm

the bracket for my lower control arm that holds the bushing in and mounts to frame broke and we welded it but i was told there is a nut that is welded to frame by honda manufacturing that broke loose so one of the bolts won't tighten and the bushing hits it every time you shift gears making a crappy noise anyone know if its an easy fix or ? any ideas
