Default front lower control arm removal

okay i am having problems with my front lower control arm where it bolts onto the chasis. i was trying to instal new CV shafts on my 91' honda civic hatch and decided to try and take this bolt out to get the spindle out of the way. now i cant get it all of the way out or get it to thread back in. any ideas?!?!?!?! any help is greatly appreciated!!!

wait did you get it out and then start to put it back together and then get it jammed?

i finally got the damn thing out.....the bolt was rusted to the metal sleeve inside the bushing! so when i was trying to back it out the bushing was pushing out on the mount binding everything up. i got it all apart but it doesnt look too pretty now. have to get a new bolt and nut that is supposed to be welded to the mount. and do some welding on the mount.
