its a can of cleaner that you run some thru the fuel tank and some thru your vacume hoses while running and then turn off the car and let the seafoam soak and clean the engine and after so long ya start it up forawhile and watch the lovely smoke cloud comen out the exaust



but the stuff realy does work!
doesnt work miracles.... but helps idle and throttle response...

RE: seafoam, there's a DIY on it somewhere...do a search for it. My bro did his hydundai and his wife's ford...both apparantly showed improvement. ONe of these days I'll do it on my car (with 138,000kms/85,500mi) and let you know how it went

just do it man!!!!! dont wait....... just do it before ya change your oil. cause all the loose junk in your engine will be floating around in the oil.......

Wow, everyones been really helpful. I don't think my car is in bad shape but Ill check out the brakes and run some sea foam before an oil change. Like I said, no smoke, funny noises, etc. Maybe its just me. But for the sake of regular maintenence it does need a tune up and an oil change, it wouldnt hurt.
