MSR or Eagle rims?

hey guys, I can get a pretty good deal on these rims.....Which brand is better, and worth more? I don't know much about rims...

the second pair are really nice...i would go for thos, 17" -205/40 tires

I really like the face part of that one, but the only thing is that the spokes are sorta bent which makes the tire look small....
