no
how you do it is either cut your stock springs or if you wanna go really low you can just remove them all together that way you can be slammed and it cheap

or you could try this- https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...ad.php?t=49092

you get what you pay for!!!! ebay cheap *** lowering kit... CRAP!!!! it will ride like a big turd and blow your stock struts.

the most recomended coilover setup for a 92-00 civic is koni yellow struts and ground control coilovers. both high quality parts that will last a long time and take the abuse you throw at it! camber kit isnt really needed but defiantly make it look better. but main thing is if you EVER change your suspension or coilover adjustment perches. YOU NEED TO GET A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT. OTHERWISE your tires will have the inner thread just eatten away FAST!!!! most newbies call it camber wear since there tires are angled in without the camber kit. but toe is whats killing the tires!

well the ground controls you can buy directly from them...

http://www.ground-control-store.com/...egory.php/CA=5

and i have a set of koni yellows slightly used for sale.
the ground controls are ruffly 300-400brand new, and the koni yellows are ruffly 500-700 brand new.
