Hi guys, If possible I would really appreciate a guide on removing lower control arms, replacing ball joint, replacing sway bar links. All the Do's and Don'ts.

Buy a haynes or chiltons manual as it will guide you through the whole thing step by step

I haven't done ball joints, but the other two are extremely straightforward. Get good tools, remove, replace, and torque to factory spec. I can't give you more specific details because you didn't say what car you have

my car is a 97 civic coupe. The lower control arms are in what looks like two pieces that are bolted together by two bolts. The sway bar links bothe the two arms together. I just want to know if there are any precautions to take when removing parts, especially in the brake and steering area.

Don't try to take the lower control arm apart. It will come out in one piece.

Remove the 8/9 bracket, and take it out with the 7 bushing still attached to the arm
