do you think i would be better off doing my suspension (ex. control arms,camber kits, ball joints, lowering springs, etc.) beforeI start doing any mods under the hood??

 

yes, make sure your car can handle the extra power before you add it. Don't forget, the more power you add, you'll still have the same stock brakes, so think about upgrading those as well, before major performance gains.

 

it all depends onwhat ur using the car forand the extent of the mods(power gains). once u figure out what u'll be doing, drag, autox, spirited daily and figure out how much power u'll be putting down, then come up with a plan for ur suspension.
