Need some advice on lowering my civic...
I have a '00 Civic Ex sedan and I want to drop it. I've looked around a little but I don't have any experience with suspention stuff.
Should I do air bags or coil overs? Are there other ways of lowering (i.e... ways that won't hurt my car What's the most cost effective way?
Here's what I'm looking for:
- I want something that allows me to adjust ride hight
- performance is not high on the list... (like I said.... it's a sedan
- concerned with how it will effect the ride comfort
Just load me up with comments, advice, and experience!!

if you want to adjust ride higth and have a smooth ride them air bags are the way to go. you can probobly get a set on e bay for a good price but they can be a little difficult to install. here is a picture of good suspention.

Are there advantages of bags over cylinders or vise versa?
(When I said to load me up with comments I was hoping for more than two replies)..... surely some one has opinions about lowering imports....

there are many options for coil-overs, there a good way to get performance and the ride hight you want...dont cheap out and got some e-bay stuff because you will get a REALLY ruff ride and will be dissipointed, you could luck out tho...get a nice set of Tein coils, but your going to pay upwards around $800, but you get what you pay for right..you can get a cheap set for like $200 but its going to be a ruff ride, do a search on coil overs for more info..there have been LOTS of posts about this..and for air ride stuff...PM a guy named ABSOULUTE, he has baggs on his civic and knows all about it
