change the brake fluid? ..in the manual it just says to bleed the line and top the brake fluid up, and if i use a rag wont it start to seep through or what about the lint stuff on the rag,it might get mixed in with the fluid?

If you're changing the wheel cylinders, it's also a good idea to change the flush out the old brake fluid and replace it with new.
When I said just wrap a rag around the ends, that's after you have most of the fluid drained and there might be a few drops left for the rags to catch. If you're worried about lint, just do like sacs suggested and use a baggie (smoke the contents first though).
