Power Steering Conversion

You should be able to do this. A junk yard is going to be your friend on this.
I'm not sure if the steering rack has fittings for the PS already. Check you're harmonic balancer for the PS pully. That's something you'll have to look at.
Otherwise pull the pump and hoses from the same body style car in a junkyard and slap it on.
Sidenote: I'm getting rid of my power steering. Less drag on the engine = more MPG's = ??? = Profit!

Yeah I've already got a line on the parts. My Hatch is manual steering and I don't mind it at all, have a friend that wants to change his over. Is there enough room to get the rack out of the car with the engine in it? All the other work is a piece of cake. Anyone know about this?
