ok, so if go to a scrap yard and get a set of ex calipers (non-abs ex caliperapparently because i don't have it) and got a set of pads and these rotors, will the rotors and ex calipers fit???

 

I'm not 100% sure, so I would recommend calling the manufacturer

 

Don't count on THAT. There were 9" rotors and 10" rotors. DX most likely had the 9".

And to get EX brakes you'd need more than the calipers. YOu'd need the MC and booster as they're a bit bigger and all the mounting harware down below.

thanks though, i didn't think about that, i guess i'm just stuck with crappy brakes then.

 

Just plan on a complete Integra brakes swap

 

alright, contacted the manufacturer tech and he told me i would need the following:
-ex front knuckles
-ex brake calipers
-ex brake caliper brakets
-ex front brake lines
-(new brake pads of course)

then the front powerslot plus rotors will fit a dx. just thought i would post for future reference. idk if i want to go to that much trouble to do the swap, but i still think it would look beastly to put them on and fill up my 17" rims.

 

Integra brakes ftw.

 

i'd have to replace the booster and master cylinder and everything to do an integra brake swap though, plus most of the things i listed above, about the same amount of hassle, plus i don't have that much power right now so idk if the whole thing is worth it. i'll probably get some new rotors and some really good brake pads, that will safice for now,

anyone with any ideas on the best brake pad to get?
