are there any kits out or any ways to convert my rear drum brake to rear disc?

Yes there is. There's a big brake kit, or you could get the parts from a scrapyard from an EX or an Integra that had disc brakes on the rear.

I dunno what EX's have rear disc brakes but not the 7th gen. so I think 01 Integras work.

It was probably sedans with ABS

Yeah, you're better off looking for an Si or 92?-00 integra. Or you could spend the money, go all out, and get a Wilwood or Brembo big brake kit, that'd be sweet
