Default Rear disc convertion

First of all sorry as I know this has probably been covered before but I want to make sure I get it right.
my friend has a del-sol and would like to do a rear disc convertion, for some reason the ones with D16z6's didnt come with rear discs here (except vti).
Would one of the kind knowledgable members please list EVERYTHING that will be needed to peform the swap? thanks.

the new rear trailing arm with disc brakes, new rotors, calipers, pads, e-brakes cables for the disc brakes, proportioning valve, new rear brake lines for rear discs, some brake fluid, there might be a tad more but thats all i can think of off the top of my head

I think that if you don't have an EX, you will also need a master cylinder.

Master cylinder and booster are a good upgrade
