Default rear drums -to- disc breaks HELP!!!

I know this has been brought up a lot on here, but i want to make sure that i get this right. I have read all the forum on how to replace the drum brakes with disc brakes. I have found Brembo ones to replace for the front of my car, but everywhere i look to find ones for the back of my car to replace the drums i dont see any. Can i just use the same ones that i used of the front but that seems like that would not work and be a bad idea but i just thought i would ask. I have also read that you can use si ones, but i want them to match if posable. Can someone please help me with this dum question i have looked and all people say is what type of general stuff i need and i know all that and the only forum i found with my car he used si rotors and calipers, but i want the calipers to match my front ones and i wanted them to be slotted. Oh yeah this might help i have a 03 honda civic EX with ABS.
