Default Rim Size/Offset Question

Will 16x7 Enkei FN-18 wheels with +42mm offset? I was thinking this would be a better offset than my current setup. I currently have 14" Volks with probably an offset between +35mm and +37mm and Tein Coilovers. The wheels are pretty close to rubbing on the outside of the fender and the car is pretty low. Will the Enkei's fit with a 205/40R16 tire and do you think the 42+ offset is going to run on the inside of wheel well?

That should fit fine. I'm pretty sure 40 offset is what you'd want optimally, but 42 will be close enough.
Here's a tire size comparison between stock and this:

A +42 offset with 7" wide wheels should fit just fine. Actually, it's a pretty ideal offset for 7" wide wheels on EGs; I was tucking tire with my 17x7's with +45mm offsets with no rubbing.
