Default S. Techs

Anyone ever heard of anyone or had any trouble with only installing s techs and not a camber kit, or new shocks etc. I have done some searches on here and it seems like many people ask similar questions but i dont know that i have heard anyone say anything bad has happened to them with the s techs.

Use the search function and you'll find tons of info on s.techs. But in short, you can get away with it.

I said i USED THE SEARCH BUTTON i was wondering if anyone has actually had problems with stock shocks on stechs. All of them say you might want to get shocks after a while but they dont say anything has happened. I guess you missunderstood my post....

Stech springs lower EG Civics very low (on mine the front is very low)
Just like any other spring you will need to check your allignment to see if you need a camber kit or not. On mine I need camber kit on the front, which I'm thinking of getting now.
Also look at the condition of your struts because lowering on stock struts will increase the stress on them and make them wear out faster.
Having new struts are better because you'll have less chance of hitting the upper inner fender when the car goes into a big dip on the road

i hav the stech tein springs on my 05 civic and the guy at the shop said that there was a good chance that i would need a camber kit but he wasnt a 100% sure. Well i figured out that if u install it w/out 1 and found out that u really did need a camber kit it would cost u more money than just buying it in the first place. So thats wat i did, i bought the camber kit in the first place and everything works great.
