Default Screw in rotor

The screw that attaches the rotor to the hub,has anyone left that off?I think that the wheel should hold it on enough.I had trouble getting it off and had beat it off with a chizel.

For next time, get a impact screwdriver. Its a screwdriver that you hit with a hammer and everytime you hit the impact, it applies about 200ft lbs of torque on the screw and will take it out without destroying the screw. On the rotors, these screws should be removed and thrown away since they are not needed but will rust and be a PITA if you reinstall them.

The impact screwdriver is your friend, its like $30 and well worth it. You could drill it out, but that isn't my style.

yeah the wheel housing should bolt up and hold everything all snug, the only thing the screw is there for is to hold the rotor from wabbling around while you are trying to work around it
