steering noise

Default steering noise

ok guys, i got a 92 civic hatch and when i go to turn it makes a rubbing noise allmost like the drive axle is hittin somethin. If i punch the clutch or take it out of gear on a turn it dosent make the noise. Anybody have any idea what it could be?

get ur *** down there and check it out........see if theres something hanging look for the obvious first

ok, i went down to the shop today to ask the guy what it was, he said it was prolly the axles, he didnt sound very worried about it, its goin in on wednesday to get fixed.

ok i just got call from the shop. they said it was the passenger side cv shaft.

makes sense..mien started doing the same thing, but i'm just going to put it off until i absolutely need to do it..
