took it to another shop and they just removed the hub, took a screw driver and adjusted something and the back wheels are spinning nicely without any resistance. Plus my ebrake now goes up 6 clicks and feels great.

they didn't even touch my center console like in the illustration.
The guy just adjusted something with the screw driver in side of the drum/hub area
and 5 minutes later and the wheels back on. the back wheels spun nicely and i felt it coming home too.

yeah, take it back and make them fix it... as it is you'll go through those pads pretty fast as well as hurting your mileage and acceleration...as well as your rear brakes are just going to be running really hot..

some drag on rear wheels is normal, but i set mine up so they are easy to turn by hand...
