Default Strut Bar

Just wondering what to torque my Tenzo -R front Strut Bar to? This is for my 95 civic with a D15B Vtec, it also has Tein S-Tech Springs and KYB Shocks. thanks

torque the nuts to the specs in the manual.

Which manual, the cars or the strut bar? I don't have either and can't find one on google.

uhh i would say tighten it until the bar is no longer loose or wobbles

the factory ervice manual for 96-00 civics says the strut bar should be tightened to 17 lbsft.

it's probably fairly close/similar...

most likely somewhere in the 15-20#-ft range

Ok so once I torque it down, my strut bar is adjustable. Does it need to be adjusted and should I get someone who knows what they're doing to do it?
Sorry for all the stupid questions I'm still trying to do all the reading I can but I can't find too much about adjusting strut bars.
