I have a 2001 civic dx and i currently have the aem v2 installed. Im not sure, but I think that the intake tube above the throttle body is higher up than the stock one. Im looking to get a strut bar, but im not sure if it will interfere with the intake. I don't know about ebay strut bar but, I do know that DC Sports strut bar will work with aem intake.

 

i have an ebay strut bar over my intake (its top mounted as well). The strut bar rubs a little bit on the intake but i can live with it. I know DC makes a strut bar that like perfeclty goes around the intake, but that will be significantly more $$ than the ebay one

 

well IF the strut is to close to the to the intake... simply go to the hardware store and get afew hardened washers 4-8 depending how much its rubbing... just put the washers under the strut bar mounts and your golden....
