Default upper front / rear strut bar install help

hey guys, im doing an install on my 96 ex civic coupe and im not quite sure on how to go about installing the front upper and rear upper strut bars i got from ebay. iknow i need a torque wrench i got one of those...i've also gone through the search function on this site and also the internet obviously and i've found nothing on tutorials. can anyone help me? if there was a DIY it would really help.

oh ya, i also have a CAI so im not worried about if it will fit or not, just not sure about the actual install and how to do it, thanks.

leave the car on the ground, remove the 2 bolts on each strut tower, place bar over thsoe studs, tq the bolts back on. easiest mod to do. takes like5 minutes.
