Strut bar question
I got a front and rear and I noticed abit of a difference nothing that's going to help considerably but it does help. It's more of a supporting mod thats more beneficial if you have springs / shocks / coilovers.
You should notice a little less chassis flex and body roll around corners.
What's your subwoofer setup look like? You got any pics?
The reason I ask is because you actually can have both. In my del Sol and in my old 93 Civic, I put a rear strut bar in the back and then used bendable metal brackets and some trunk carpet (for padding between the bracket and strut bar) to fasten the back of the sub box to the strut bar. It's actually pretty nice, because it's easy to disassemble (just 4 screws), and it holds the subs perfectly in place, especially around corners. I don't have to worry about it sliding all over the trunk.
Here's some pics from my old Civic setup:

Thanks for the info trustdestruction. Nah I don't have any pics right now, but its an infinity basslink that takes up the left side of the trunk, and then I have an amp in there as well. I shoulda mentioned, I golf, so the right seat is folded down alot for my clubs, which that blocks any room for a strut, so there is pretty much no way for a back strut, but once again thanks for the time with those pics. thats a nice setup too!
have you looked into the lower front and rear sway bar?
you can get the front strut bar it will probably help a bit with body flex. and it will probably look good under the hood. also, for the strut bar you can get the ebay ones. no need for name brand ones. they seem to be durable. got mines for a year and it is still fine

When you buy a strut brace, spend the extra money and buy a 3-point one that attaches to the firewall. It'll be a lot more expensive, so let me explain why you should do it:
Think about it; when you use a 2-point brace that just goes from strut tower to strut tower, what have you accomplished? Sure, you've tied the towers together, but they're still moving when you hit a turn; now they're just moving together. With a 3-point brace that attaches the towers to the firewall, you're eliminating that movement almost completely.
Also, consider looking into other suspension parts to get the most from your car. Sway bars, a rear lower brace, and subframe brace will all help handling, too. Actually, if you really wanted to, you could dig really far into the suspension, but you're talking quite a bit of work (and a good bit of money, too).
