Default suggest suspension brand

Hey guys,
I have 215/40/17 tires on my 94 civic ex, and i want to lower it.
I have two questions, What brand of lowering springs and shocks do you suggest for the best ride?
And if anybody has an ex coupe, how low can you lower it before youre tires rub ?

i appreaciate any feedback

Dropzone is affordable, you can get a good set of fully adjustable coil-overs on ebay for a decent price.

Other good ones are Tein and Tokico.

If you're just looking for lowering springs. H&R springs are good and a decent price.
