I want to improve my stock '02 EX. I'm not looking for a full suspension right now. I wanted to get the front and rear strut bars. Will I feel a difference with only putting these two bars in?? Also where do I find the tourque spec on the bolts for these?

 

Torque specs will come out of a Hayne's or Chilton manual. The first thing i put on my civic when i got it was a full set of Megan Racing strut bars. Front upper and lower, and Rear upper and lower. I could DEFINITELY feel a different with all those. As for just the two, i can't say for certain, but i'm pretty sure you will feel a difference.
