I am feeling and hearinga vibration during deceleration at low speeds. The tires are new so I dont think there is tire deformation, as this is what it sounds like to the ear. I jacked the car up by its suspension, grabbed the tire at 9 and 3, and got quite a bit of play, none at 12 and 6.What does this indicate?

 

You got a bit of play when you move the wheel? Try checking your lug nuts.

 

The suspension has a bt of play. The play feels like I am moving more than just the bearings. It feels like something long.

 

wheel bearing? is there any noise whiile driving/turning at speed?
