Default Suspension tuning in a nutshell

this is a funny and LONG video, but it's excellent.

it explains the theory behind suspension tuning and why a slightly higher butt in FWD cars is better than a low one.

coincidentally, I accidentally lowered my integra slightly more in the front in the rear while installing my new coilovers. I guess that was a blessing in disguise. lol.

as an added bonus, it has a DIY section near the end on how to do front end alignments.

you can thank me later. lol.

you've got to have some free time to be able to do a self alignment.

it is pretty easy, according to mechanic friends, but it's still nerve racking for noobs.
