Default Sway Bar Links

Hi, I have a 2003 Honda Civic DX, my sway bar links are making alot of noise and is time to replace them. Is there anything to replacing them other than taking the bolts off and installing the new ones? Does the car need to be on jack stands to do it or car it be done without jacking up the car?

Thanks.

Hi, I have another question to add to this one even though it is a old thread. I have 2001 Civic and I just had it in the shop. They said I need to replace my front Stabilink and bushings. I got a part #, and I was going to buy some after markets, but I not sure what side it is for. Here is the part number from Honda 06510-s5A-c00, I was wondering if anyone has a parts list and can tell me what side this is for. Also is this something that a guy with little mechanic skills can do. I change oil, rotate tires, replace brake pads, but have never done something like this before.

Thanks
