Default Tire clearance issues

I'm riding on 17" rims with low profile tires and s-techs on my 97 honda civic ex coupe. I'm wanting to replace the rims with 99 civic si stockies 185/65R15 with kumho powerstar tires. Will these fit without chafing the wheel well?

They'd be pretty tight. Those are about 1" taller than stock.

go to a 185/60/15, if you must have the other wheels!
