Default Question on tire swap

I might have a lead on a set of rims and tires. Coming off a 2003 civic, 17" rollers

wants to trade straight for a set of stock rims and tires and some cash. I have a 96 Civic with stocks on it. Would these fit or might they be too small to fit on the 2003?

I know the bolt pattern is the same 4-100, but Im afraid my 14" might not clear brake components and such.

Anyone have any input?
