tire/wheel question

I have a 99 civic ex. Stock tires are 185-70-14, has anyone put on some 215-35-18's? Do they fit? any mods needed? My car has been lowered 2"

your stock size should actually be 185/65/14, but anyway... I think those should fit. What rims are you looking at? and I hope you live in a pothole-free town...
