Tire Wheel Question (Spacers?)

Tire Wheel Question (Spacers?)
I like the look of the 15" or 16" tires and wheels that stick out of the fenders a bit. I have a '95 EX and was wondering if anyone knows how to go about getting that look. Should I just order wider rims or consider wheel spacers or is there another solution? I'm not sure what the standard offset might be on my car. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks! Bill

RE: Tire Wheel Question (Spacers?)
not sure about offset, but a couple things to think about if you want that look
1) is it legal? it varies state to state (or province to province if you're in Canada) how much your tires are allowed to stick out past your fender lip
2) tires....if your tires are inside the fenders you have room for suspension movement. if your tires are past the fender lip, you risk rubbing your tires on your fenders when you hit larger bumps...obviously this will be more of a problem if you've lowered your ride. just something to be aware of...

RE: Tire Wheel Question (Spacers?)
I live in Pennsylvania. I do have my car lowered about 1-3/4" and I don't really want the tires to stick out real far, just a little past the fenders (somewhere between 1/2" to 3/4" maybe).
I like that look. Thanks! Bill

Dude, having your rims stick out past the fenders looks bad, and causes all kinds of problems.
If you want that kinda look, though, I'd go with some rims that stick out more in the middle than the tops, like the Enkei RSF2's.
You can get a pretty ballsy look without all the side effects. I'll try and take a better picture tomorrow, as this doesn't really show how the look very well, but it'll give you an idea.
