wheel and tire question

Sure, why not?
Since you didn't specify year or trim, I figured I'd use a 2001 Lexus RX300 for the tire size comparison, and from the looks of it, your speedo will be off by about 20%.
Seriously, you'll probably be fine with the 155/80/13's... what's your stock wheel size and what width are the wheels?

okay, I ran it through the handy-dandy tire size calculator... your speedo will be about 3% too fast (it'll read about 62 when you're actually going 60). If you can deal with that, you'll be fine.
