can my honda civic ride on 155/80/13 rims and tires? thanks for looking

Sure, why not?

Since you didn't specify year or trim, I figured I'd use a 2001 Lexus RX300 for the tire size comparison, and from the looks of it, your speedo will be off by about 20%.

Seriously, you'll probably be fine with the 155/80/13's... what's your stock wheel size and what width are the wheels?

I have a 99 ex and right now i have 17s on there but i am selling them to this girl so i can go to the BSC championship game and i am putting the ones from her car onto my car but she doesnt have a civic is like some 1980s dodge hatchback thing no idea but the tires are pretty small...

okay, I ran it through the handy-dandy tire size calculator... your speedo will be about 3% too fast (it'll read about 62 when you're actually going 60). If you can deal with that, you'll be fine.
