Default 2003 EX Sedan Wheel + Tire Question

Hey guys. I've been browsing this forum forever and never really posted, until now!

I'm looking to get some wheels for my civic, simply cosmetic, not functional.

I was looking at 17/7.5" Focals that have a recommended tire size of 215/45-17;
My question is will those rub or be a problem with my stock Civic? And those will be a bit wider giving me a better grip, yes?
And ALSO, is that the appropriate sidewall dimension? Or could I get a smaller sidewall on it to further ensure there is no rubbing? I do almost ALL highway driving, so ride quality isn't a big concern of mine..

I'm not sure if the 215s are too wide on a 7th gen or not. Got any pics of these rims?
