hey, I'm the guy he's trading, do you think this trade will result in a softer ride? I have Illuminas, and size 40 tires, and the ride is pretty rough. Will this help? Or are the thin tires my problem?

Not knowing what settings you were running on your illumina's I can only guess (if I have mine set on anything lower than 3, it's creepy soft and that's on stock springs), this being said I've heard the skunk 2 springs are stiffer than stock so the HP shocks should be a bit softer but I can't guarentee anything on this.

 

Sure it'll be better....... or not....

It would really help if you stated how you had your illumina's set so that we could better gauge your rig, nobody will say yes or no with out knowing how you had your shocks set.
