its consfusing and I dont want to buy the wrong tires for it

 

That refers to how it mates up to the hub of your car, not the tire. Just get a tire that's the right diameter and width.

 

I'm going to guess 16x7" wheels (size 1670), +40mm offset, and it's a 8-hole bolt pattern (both common 4-lug patterns). That's all I can really figure out. And I believe you want 205/45-16 tires (if I'm right in guessing 16" wheels)
