what offset to get for 17's?

Default what offset to get for 17's?

I have a new set of nitto tires size 205/40/17 I want to get 17 inch rims what would be a good offset to match with my car. A 99 si stock ride height. thanks this is my first civic

Do you know what offset means, or are you just asking questions?

I would go with something that closely matches the stock offset. 17's are little too big IMO, but whatever floats your boat.

I rolled with 17s on a 2000 Civic, similar to yours. The ride was rough and it took longer to stop. I would run with 16s, max.

yes i know what offset means. And ya im asking questions aint that the point of this board? cvcrcr99 if you aint got noting good to say dont post bud.
