Default Wheel Stud

This is what happen when I tried to put my rims on with using stock lug nuts. The Lug is to big for the place where it attachs to the stud.I have looked at advance auto parts for tuner lugs but with no luck.Does anyone know a good cheap site for them?I had to replace 4 studs the bad vs the good.
