Default wierd noise

when ever i get into or out of my civic I hear a weird squeaky noise coming from the rear suspension. It first started after I had my car jacked up while painting my calibers at first I just assumed it was because of the extended amount of time the car remained jacked up and I thought the suspension just needed to resettle. But its been 3 weeks since and the noise is still there. Any thought of what the noise could be from??

It could be a suspension bushing. Often, greasing it by sliding it out a little, applying the grease to the shaft and then sliding the bushing back, helps. Looking at the bushings may not reveal anything, but be very careful about loading the suspension while under the car. Make sure it is VERY secure on jack stands or better yet, car ramps before you have someone get into and out of the car while you are underneath, listening.
