Default wierd noise

I have a 97' coupe, I've noticed in the past month that when I make right turns there is an odd noise. At first I thought it was due to the new tires but the noise has not stopped and these tires have been on for a few month now. Has anyone had a similar problem? Any advise is appreciated.

What kind of noise is it? If it's clicking, your CV boot is probably leaking grease and the joint will need to be replaced. Also check the tires for wear on the inside. They might be rubbing on the fender or suspension part.

Okay, so what kind of noise is it? Are the new tires the same size the old ones?

I had my mechanic take a look he said i need a new front hub bearing. He told me it would be $100 for the part plus 2 hours of labor and a charge for the pressing and it would run me $340. Any advise? the price seems like a lot of money.
