gt can be removed and i got exactly same rims + tires package, they are called kobe rebels, 17.7 with 40 profile tires

17 sucks *** for 88-2000 civic and it'll f*ck up ur suspension, unless you live in a place where road is perfect you have to get suspension which is like 800+ for good one lol

go with 16 or 15s with 50-60 profile tire, 40 is just too damn narrow and your rims will bend and your suspension's gonna run out

 

dude i've got 17s on a 2000 civic and i've never had a problem with em...i've got eibach springs for 150 on stock shocks and it's been great so far with no problems whatsoever...
