Default 2004 civic dx transmiision noise.....

i have a 04 civic dx 5sd, and when i drive the transmission makes a lot of noise. when i release the clutch there a grinding noise, and when i apply pressure on the clutch, the noise goes away.

also when i start driving in 1st gear and 2nd gear, theres also a grinding noise, but it goes away after 3rd gear.

about a month ago i swapped the tranny and the noise is still haunting me, starting to annoy the hell out of me.

im not sure what's causing the noise, can someone help me with this?

Could be a problem with the clutch. Was the clutch mechanism inspected when the transmission was replaced?
